Membership Information
Ordinary Members:
Ordinary membership of the
Association is open to all persons directly employed in a
full-time or part-time capacity in local government community
development/services in Queensland.
Associate Members:
Associate membership of the Association
is open to all people recognised by the Association’s
Management Committee to have a legitimate interest in the
aims, objectives and activities of the association.
Student Members:
Student membership of the Association
is open to all people recognised by the Association’s
Management Committee to be engaged in a relevant course of
study and have a legitimate interest in the aims, objectives
and activities of the Association. Student members are not
required to pay a fee, but are unable to vote or hold office.
Corporate Members:
Corporate Membership is open to Councils
and other corporate entities that support the objectives of
the Association. This membership attracts the same rights
as those allocated to individuals and allows for 5 nominated
Officers per Council.
